These group classes welcome the beginner to advanced or elite athlete. The variety in movements, time domains, loading, and repetitions throughout the weeks and months will give attendees a large, well rounded, base of fitness. Each class is run the same throughout the day and will include the following:

  • General Warm Up
  • Specific Warm Up & Instruction of Movements
  • Customized Options & Review of Programmed Workout
  • Personalized coaching During the Workout to Ensure Safety and the Proper Intensity
  • Cool Down & Accessory Work

Kids CrossFit is a modified version of CrossFit designed specifically for children and teenagers. It incorporates fun and age-appropriate exercises to promote physical fitness, coordination, and overall health in young people. It often includes elements of bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and games to keep kids engaged while building strength, agility, and endurance.

Personal Training

Our personalized training sessions are tailored to individual fitness goals and needs.  Our experienced trainers provide one-on-one coaching, focusing on strength, conditioning, mobility, and nutrition to help athletes achieve optimal results.  Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, our personalized approach ensures efficient progress and success reaching your fitness goals.

YOGA

A Combination of Vinyasa and Yin YOGA – Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.  Yin is a gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network, and invite the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space.

Our Yoga classes will offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. 

NUTRITION

Faith Workout

Join us on Sundays at 10:00am for a workout or yoga/mobility followed by a faith message.  Kids have their own workout and Bible lesson.  Wear your workout clothes and bring a water bottle!  For more information check out movedaytona.com
